Daastan exists because talent has never been the scarce thing in Pakistan — access has. A writer with a finished manuscript and no contacts had nowhere obvious to take it, and we set out to be that place.
We handle a book end to end: editing, cover and interior design, an ISBN from our own registered block, printing, and distribution to bookshops and online. Royalties are paid on every copy sold and tracked on a dashboard the author can open any day of the week.
A book does not end at the printer, so neither do we. Launches, literary evenings and festival appearances put our writers in front of readers, and a title stays on sale long after its publication day.

Her writings always make me question the things we consider pleasures in life. You want to read her poems again and again and every time ,they give a new meaning to ur previous interpretation. Very mature writing. 10/10
